Our Recruitment Process
At AB-Inventech, we're always on the lookout for new colleagues eager to grow with us. We strive to make the recruitment process a professional and positive experience for everyone.

Screening
We thoroughly screen and evaluate your resume and cover letter. Our management and recruitment committee then select candidates and invite them for an interview. You will receive both a call from the manager and an email confirmation.
Interviews
Your interview will be with the head of the department, and perhaps a colleague or an HR representative. The primary purpose of the initial interview is to get to know each other better. During the interview, we aim to understand your motivation for the job and assess your professional and personal qualifications. After the first interview, you might be asked to complete a personality profile. Candidates not selected for the position will receive a call with feedback.
References
As one of the final steps in the recruitment process, we gather references from your past employers. We will always seek your consent before doing so.
Onboarding
Once you've been offered a position, our onboarding process begins. We aim to give you the best possible start and ensure you feel welcome from day one. You'll receive an email with our employee handbook and a schedule for your first day. Your new manager will prepare an onboarding plan to ensure everything is set for your first day. On your first day, you'll be introduced to your new colleagues and partners, and we've planned several activities to help you get acquainted with your peers, the organization, and the culture at AB-Inventech. Additionally, you'll be assigned a buddy to assist you during your initial period.
